Enomy is the Creta Maris all day dining restaurant.

Given the restaurant’s large capacity (over 500 guests), the main challenges were the high demands of the buffet and seating areas.

Extra-durable plates, stackable glasses, and simple yet elegant cutlery, had been chosen. To create a distinct atmosphere for lunch and dinner, a reversible two-tone placemat was selected.

The buffet combines a mix of bowls, platters, elevated displays, and decorative items from renowned brands. The long corridor is divided into sections (bakery, cold cuts, hot dishes, salads, fruits, desserts, etc.), with each section designed to create a unique visual experience.
