The lobby lounge area, one of the hotel’s busiest venues, offers coffee, refreshments, wines, and drinks throughout the day.

The selection of items is relatively limited, focusing primarily on beverage-related equipment such as glasses, coffee sets, coasters, and napkins. For this area, we designed unique custom pieces, including coasters, a sugar bowl created in collaboration with a local ceramic artisan, and small plates featuring the hotel’s logo, which guests can purchase.

The main design focus for this area was the uniforms. With a diverse range of roles, including concierge, guest relations manager, doormen, porters, reservation team, waitstaff, and bartenders, it was important to create a concept that unifies the staff while allowing each position to have distinct characteristics.
